Manual therapy is biomechanical techniques performed by hands to eliminate pain and restore the mobility of the spine and joints. The main indications include spinal deformity, spinal degeneration, displacement of the vertebrae and intervertebral hernia, neuralgia, and muscle spasms, a pinched nerve, diseases of the joints, and so on.

The main contraindications include tumors, fresh injuries, acute disorders of internal organs, osteomyelitis, tuberculosis, instability of vertebrae 3-4 degrees, inflammatory diseases of the spinal cord, occlusion and thrombosis, mental disorders.
